Simple Moments Stick
I’m guest posting today for Susannah over at Simple Moments Stick! My first ever guest post, kind of nervous, I hope they like me.
I met Susannah back in October at the Portland Bloggers meetup and she is one of the cutest, nicest, sweetest gal you’ll ever meet! She had a fun idea for a 12 Days of Christmas series and she asked other Portland Bloggers to join in and write some posts for her.
I decided to write about one of my favorite Christmas recipes and I am so excited to share it. Ever since we discovered it there hasn’t been a year that I haven’t made it. The ingredients are red and green but it ain’t no stinkin’ cookie! Not that I have anything against cookies, I actually have a favorite Christmas cookie recipe I want to tell you about too, but this is a different kind of holiday recipe and I hope you will all enjoy it as much as we do.
I’m not spilling the beans here though, you’ll have to check out my post on Susannah’s blog: On the Third Day of Christmas…
Look around while you’re there, or better yet, subscribe to her blog so you don’t miss out on the other 9 days of the Christmas series; she also has an advent series she’s doing as well. Two of my favorite posts (this one, and this one) are from a couple of months ago where she writes about comparing herself and her faith to that of sisters Mary & Martha in the Bible, I could totally relate!
So, go check out my guest post and let me know what you think!

I love the series Susannah is doing! So nice to hear different holiday tips and ideas from local friends and bloggers. =)
P.S. I see your note about the blog being under construction–good idea! I am totally ready for a facelift but don’t have anything ready to go yet, I love that you “warned” readers, haha! Good luck with the redesign, so exciting!
Sarah
Yeah, definitely under construction! Moved to WP.org recently and am figuring out the whole self-hosted thing and backend design. Might just save up and hire someone! First impressions are everything so I want people to know that I know how it looks, ya know? LOL! I checked out your raw cranberry recipe too, I’m so glad you linked it, it sounds great!

Thanks Meagan, let me know if you try it!

Thanks for stopping by Melinda! Just read your LASIK post and am so jealous, I’d love to get that done at some point.
